The Queen’s Birthday

We celebrated the Queen’s Birthday with a holiday on Monday, this week.

We Wondered what day her birthday was on.
So we did some investigating……
and found out that it is on April 21 – she was born in 1926.
She turned 84 in April.

We wonder why we celebrate her birthday in June when it is in April?

Welcome to Term Two

We all had a wonderful holiday.

Ashleigh and her family are still on holiday in America.

We have a College teacher in our Room for the next four weeks, her name is Miss Felton.

We know she will have a great time in Stunning Sixteen.

Over the holidays  The Green Team, and some willing helpers, created a magnificent banner

titled “What’s at the bottom of the garden?”

It is entered in the Manawatu Garden Festival, this weekend.
